Data collected
If you email OutcomeTest, the message may contain your business email address, name, role, agency name, agency domain, U.S. state, platform and approximate workflow size, and the client-de-identified text you choose to provide. The site does not currently use a contact form, account, checkout, advertising pixel, or marketing cookie.
Standard hosting and security logs may record IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and error or abuse signals. Those logs are used to operate and protect the site.
Purpose
Fit-check messages are used to assess the published buyer and workflow boundary. Research messages are used to determine whether distinct automation agencies experience the same costly green-run, wrong-outcome problem and which controls or review conditions matter. They may also be used to reply to your message, honor an opt-out, prevent duplicate outreach, and maintain a research decision record.
OutcomeTest does not sell incident responses or use them to train a public model. No testimonial, logo, quote, or identifiable case will be published without separate written permission.
Service providers
The site is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Custom-domain email currently uses the owner's existing iCloud Mail account and Apple Mail. Brevo remains authenticated but is not the active plain-text transport; it is restricted to expected, transactional, or consented use. Those providers process technical and message data under their own terms and privacy notices.
Brevo is not used for purchased lists, bulk cold campaigns, or scraped and guessed contacts. No analytics provider is enabled at launch.
Retention and choices
Identifiable fit-check and discovery messages are retained only while needed to assess fit, classify the research, and respond, with a working target of no more than 90 days after the relevant cohort closes. A minimal suppression record may be kept longer so an opt-out is honored. Client-de-identified aggregate patterns may be retained without respondent or agency identifiers.
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of a discovery message, or opt out of further contact, by emailing hello@outcometest.com. Legal obligations and a minimal suppression record may limit deletion.
Research controller
Rob Kirkpatrick is the research owner and the person responsible for reviewing OutcomeTest discovery responses. Contact: hello@outcometest.com. OutcomeTest claims no certification status or validated customer results.
Do not send
Do not send attachments, workflow exports, screenshots, client names, webhook or endpoint details, tokens, credential names, customer content, sample payloads, personal or regulated data, private prompts, or proprietary client material. If such material is received unexpectedly, processing stops while it is contained and deleted where permitted.
