Planned inclusion

One eligible workflow or agent architecture, one version.
Maximum 20 nodes or steps and three external integrations.
Synthetic fixtures plus redacted expected outcomes and known failures.
Workflow map, assumptions, exclusions, and intended business outcome.
Checks for correctness, freshness, completeness, entity matching, nonduplication, and permitted side effects.
Applicable failure register and client-operated adverse test plan.
Assessment of one complete, structured, redacted results batch.
One agency-brandable evidence packet and prioritized repair specification.
One consolidated asynchronous clarification round, capped internally at 30 analyst minutes.

Excluded

Additional workflows, versions, environments, evidence batches, or retests.
Workflow execution, implementation, fixes, deployment, or production changes.
Monitoring, hosting, uptime, emergency response, incident response, or on-call work.
Credentials, production access, PII, regulated data, customer payloads, or private model calls.
Penetration testing, security or compliance audit, certification, formal attestation, or legal advice.
A promise to find every defect or prove end-to-end production correctness.

Planned timing

The proposed service has two separate 72-hour stage targets. The first would begin only after written acceptance of a complete, in-scope redacted intake. The second would begin only after the agency runs its tests and one complete redacted results batch is accepted.

Agency testing and wait time sit between those windows. Any blackout dates would be disclosed before payment. These are planned targets, not current commitments, guarantees, turnaround promises, or an SLA.

White-label boundary

Agency branding may be applied to a future packet, but the evidence, scope, limitations, and findings must remain intact. White-label does not mean certification, independent attestation, or permission to alter the conclusion.
