Four answers · email only

Find out in writing if one workflow fits.

No call is required. Send four short, metadata-only answers. Do not send a workflow, file, private link, credential, client identity, or customer data.

The four answers

  1. Your agency's public name and your role.
  2. The U.S. state where the agency operates.
  3. n8n, Make, or Zapier, plus the approximate number of steps and integrations.
  4. One client-de-identified sentence describing the intended result and what a wrong result would look like.

Current commercial boundary

US$1,500 fixed-scope hypothesis. One workflow, one version, one environment, up to 20 steps and three external integrations. The agency runs every test.

A fit check is not an order, reservation, acceptance, or request for payment. Purchase, payment, and client-material intake remain closed until written qualification and operating-readiness checks pass.

Do not send

Do not attach or include workflow exports, screenshots, logs, payloads, private URLs, endpoints, credentials, client or customer names, personal or regulated data, customer content, private prompts, or proprietary implementation details. If the fit cannot be described safely in one generic sentence, do not send it.
